About us...
Orchard House is an accessible health and social care facility in the local community where visitors can attend for a full or part day up to 5 days a week.
The innovative care at Orchard House is tailored to meet individual need and is provided by our knowledgeable and caring team. The safety and well-being of our visitors is paramount and all our team members are CRB checked.
Our enabling approach to care and regular re-assessment of needs helps us to prevent exacerbations of existing conditions and subsequent deterioration in general health and well-being. We liaise closely with other health and social care professionals as well as the individual’s family and carers to promote independence and health.
Our aim is to support our visitors to remain independent in their own home environment whilst offering a welcome respite opportunity for their families and informal carers.
A Flexible Approach
The choice is yours at Orchard House where each week we welcome many regular visitors who value the support and companionship we provide; however we appreciate at times of crisis you may be simply looking for short term support, for example following discharge from hospital. We believe our re-ablement approach to care helps put individuals back on their feet following illness or accident, we are happy to plan for your individual requirements on request.
